Required Experience and / or Qualifications
Admin Assistant required in the busy Technical Records Department of a leading helicopter maintenance facility based at Biggin Hill Airport.
The ideal candidate must have comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data base systems in order to learn company software applications. Attention to detail and an understanding of technical detail are a top priority.
No previous experience is required of working with aircraft; however experience working within a maintenance or engineering environment would be of an advantage. Full training will be provided.
Duties will involve keeping all technical aircraft records correct and up to date, dealing with telephone queries from customer’s and general office duties.
