Required Experience and / or Qualifications

  • Inspirational leader who can supervise, organise, and has the ability to get the best out of a team with a proven track record
  • Knowledge of Rotorcraft Maintenance within EASA Standard
  • EASA Part 66 B1-3 Maintenance Engineering Licence would be a definite advantage
  • Ability to manage people
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Manage and control a busy facility to meet company & customer expectations and timescales
  • Excellent communication ability at all levels
  • A `hands on’ approach to all aspects of the tasks undertaken within the facilities
  • A solid all-rounder who has the desire to succeed

  • Must be confident in all aspects of computer use with good working knowledge of MS applications
