Castle Air are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team! As an Accounts admin you will be responsible for processing sales and purchase invoices on an accurate and timely basis, and maintaining effective financial records. This role involves working closely with all members of the finance team to support the overall financial health of the organisation.

What You’ll Do:

•Invoicing: Process high volumes of sales invoices accurately and on time.
•Customer Service: Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
•Financial Records: Maintain purchase transaction records and assist with year-end accounts.
•Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

•Engineering Invoices: Compare estimates, update Aerotrac data, and liaise with department heads.
•Interim Invoicing: Generate interim engineering fee invoices and maintain schedules.
•Customer Warranty: Match warranty claims to invoices and liaise with the Accounts Lead.
•Revenue Invoicing: Prepare private flying revenue invoices and update customer crib sheets.
•Purchase Invoicing: Obtain approvals, input invoices into finance systems, and collate supporting documents.

What We’re Looking For:

•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
•Previous experience in accounts administration is essential.
