Are you passionate about aviation and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting our aircraft parts sales and logistics operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales success by preparing quotes, following up on leads, and processing orders with precision.
• Be the go-to contact for customer enquiries—whether by phone, email, or in person—offering expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and order status.
• Manage procurement and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and materials are sourced efficiently.
• Support purchasing decisions by pricing up aircraft and inventories.
• Collaborate with Stores to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Handle logistics including shipping documentation and goods receiving.
• Keep customers informed with regular updates on order and delivery status.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, helping shape promotional materials and campaigns.
• Champion safety, adhering to all company health, safety, and aviation protocols.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven sales experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and phone manner—you’re confident, clear, and personable.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• An interest in technical aviation parts is a big plus!
